Simply sign up and send us your clothing items that are making your closets overflow.
Can I change my address at any time?
Yes, you can edit your address at any time in your account. Just make sure it is accurate before you request return items.
How frequently can I have things sent out from my closet?
You can request shipments as many times as you may wish. However, we ask that you try to limit to 3-4 times monthly. We also ask that you allow 3-5 days to have your items shipped to and from. That said, if you are a NYC customer, we will do our best to ensure that your items arrive between 1-3 days.
Once packed, do I have to drop my full poly mailer at a FedEx, UPS, USPS or will you schedule the pick up for me?
Winter is almost over and I want to keep my clothes safe for next year?
Send us your winter clothing items. We will keep them safe till you need them again.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. We will send your items back to you and stop your payments. If you have any issues, with your payments you can contact customer service and we will remedy the issues as speedily as we can.
How do I rotate my closet as the season changes?
Simply send us the clothes from the last season and you have enough room in your closet.
What is the max amount of items I can add to my Closets In The Sky?
Right now, you can send us as much as you want! However, we are a business for the individual, and for personal use only, businesses and multi-family accounts are subject to cancellation and return of items.
Are the poly mailers safe to pack my precious dresses in?
Yes! Our poly mailers are both large and durable. They fit about 20 t-shirts and 3 pairs of pants, or 3-4 coats. For dresses, we suggest 10-15. Precious dresses, like bridal or couture gowns are safe too! If for some reason you need alternative shipping packaging just email customer service and we will find your best shipping solution.
Summer is coming to an end, I need to make space for my winter jackets.
Send us your summer clothing items. We will keep them safe till you need them again.
I have a small apartment and love some of the clothes I have which I don't use all the time.
Send the items of clothing you wear on special occasions. Think of us as your layaway store… only better.
How do I choose my specific items to be shipped from my Virtual Closet In The Sky back to my home?
Select the items from your closet (choose the photo of your selected item in your account) and set out a deliver by date and leave the rest to us.
Is there any risk of my items getting lost/damaged?
As with anything being shipped, there is always a very slight risk, but Closets in the Sky will make its best efforts to keep your items safe throughout the entirety of the shipping process. We use durable poly mailers to ship your items, and we have insurance both with shipping and within our facility. Your items safety and premium, quality care is our priority.
What if I need more poly mailers?
If you require more poly mailers, simply email customer service and we will send you more. You can also reach us at the “Let’s Chat” box on our website.
I want to retain some of the clothes of my first born to use later for my other children?
Send us your dearest clothing items and we will take good care of them and keep them safe till the time you need them.
